The tree sculpture is meticulously crafted from hand-hammered, textured, and formed flat sheet copper, supported by an internally welded steel armature for strength and stability. Precision TIG welding is used throughout the construction to seamlessly unite the copper elements. The design is further enhanced with 3D-printed skeletons, which are copper-electroformed and finished with vitreous enamel, as well as intricately plasma-cut copper crowns, each further transformed through the electroforming process to achieve rich texture and depth.
