​First Thursday takes place on the first Thursday of each month, throughout downtown Boise. The event focuses on providing visitors the chance to stroll through the unique shops and galleries in downtown Boise.
Every month we are introducing a new project based technique. Please check the calendar to see upcoming classes! The two hour class starts at 5 p.m. 
Kids Welcome!
  • Minors must be 8 years or older with consent from, and be accompanied by their legal guardian to take an enameling class and 12 years or older for metalsmithing classes.​

August : Garden Sticks

Learn how to add interesting glass accents to your one of a kind plant decorations! We have tons of colors and shapes to choose from, and you will learn some fabulous new tricks using patination of the metal to color and texture it.

September : Bangles

Learn how to shape, solder, stamp your very own set of bangles. Choose from different metals to fit your taste! No experience needed, all tools and materials will be provided!
