Our Return Policy:
We offer in store credit up to 100% of the value of the original purchased item. Full refund up to 30 days with receipt.
Gift Cards expire one year after the date of purchase listed on gift card.
Cancellations
Enameling and Metalsmithing Class Cancellations within 24 hours require a $20 cancellation fee.
Welding Class Cancellations within 24 Hours require a $50 cancellation fee.
Private Classes Cancellations
Our classes are intentionally kept small, and cancellations affect all participants. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone:
Emergency Cancellation
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In the event of an emergency, we will offer the option to transfer to a future event or provide a credit for a later session.
FireFusion Studio Cancellation
FireFusion Studio has the right to cancel any class for any reason. In some cases, classes are cancelled due to low enrollment. In the event that FireFusion Studio cancels your class, you will be notified by phone or email over 24 hours in advance and you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to transfer to another class if space is available, or hold a credit on account for future use.
Late Arrivals:
Youth 8 and older can sign up with their parent or guardian for enameling classes and Youth 12 and older can sign up with their parent or guardian for metalsmithing classes. At the time of registration, the name of the youth under 18 and date of birth must be communicated.
Youth 16 and older can sign up for a welding class with the consent of the instructor, either in person or over the phone, using the youth’s name and date of birth.
Please notify staff of ANY physical, social, behavioral or emotional health conditions.
For Large Custom Orders, Delia's Design and/or Welding time is $100 per hour. 50% Deposit is required before work can begin.
For Custom Orders of Jewelry, 50% Deposit is required before work can begin. Please reach out to our gallery for a quote.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Groupon purchases can be used for classes until the expiration date listed on Groupon. We will honor half of the Groupon price after the expiration date.

- More than 7 days before class: Full refund or credit for future class.
- Within 48 hours: A $75 cancellation fee applies to classes rescheduled or canceled.
- Within 24 hours or no-show: Deposit will not be refunded or credited.

- We kindly ask that all participants arrive on time out of respect for our instructors and the extensive preparation involved in each class. Our instructors dedicate significant time to setting up every specialized session, ensuring all materials and tools are ready for an optimal learning experience.
- Due to the structured, step-by-step nature of our instruction, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be able to participate, and refunds or rescheduling will not be available. Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the class and the experience for both the instructor and other participants.
