Artist Statement:
Humanity has made a custom of showing their dominance of the world by displaying the head of the slain on their walls. Is it a matter of pride, or pure decoration? We’ve even gone as far as to cut down the most beautiful things that nature has to offer and placed it in their homes, just to then watch it slowly die in place. Why such the adoration for death?

Artist Bio
Jessica Noel is a Idaho native artist. She graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in drawing and painting. She started working for Delia Dante at FireFusion Studio in 2016 and discovered enameling and her love of a new medium in both glass and metal.
