We are excited to add enamel artist Maha Weeks to our studio as our new Enameling - Metalsmith Instructor.  

Maha Weeks has been working in enamels and metalsmithing since 2017 when her parents left her their complete jewelry studio. As an artist, enamels and metalsmithing have completely enchanted her, and she has had the privilege of studying with some wonderful master enamelists.

The radiant quality of light filled glass is like nothing else. With a strong interest in mythology and natural motifs, Maha explores figurative work through cloisonne, transparent enamels, mason stains, and painting enamels. She has been teaching metalsmithing and enameling in Hawaii, and introduced a metalworking program at Leilehua High School on Oahu. It is without a doubt, one of her greatest joys to see the passion for creating ignited in her students. She plans to continue sharing what she has learned in her new home in Boise, Idaho.
